HAGUE TRIALS:President Kenyatta To Attend ICC Trials Next Week Wednesday @UKenyatta @WilliamsRuto

President Uhuru Kenyatta is set attend Hague trials next week after an agreement  was reached by his political advisors and lawyers for him to be present  in the Hague rather than defy the court  since that will place the country in an awkward position.

ICC prosecutor has accused President Kenyatta  of using his position to block her from getting sufficient evidence for her to proceed with the case.Among the issues that are expected to be addressed are by his excellency the president  are
1) The Delay of his case
2) The Accusation leveled against about blocking the evidence

The judges have also set a status conference on  October  on 7th to discuss the cooperation between the Kenyan Government and the Prosecution Chamber .President Kenyatta will be the first sitting President to appear in Hague after his request to be absent during the trials was dismissed Since the dates are the same for starting the trials of President Uhuru Kenyatta .The defence team will also use this chance to ask the charges be dropped since Bensuda has no sufficient evidence to continue with the case
